These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and apk8b ("we", "us", "the Platform") and govern your access to and use of the apk8b website and all related services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and crash games.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register and use the apk8b Platform you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. apk8b does not accept registrations from persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering for yourself as an individual and not on behalf of another person, corporate entity, or any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration details. Submitting false personal information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must hold only one active account on the Platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion period on apk8b or any other gambling platform where that exclusion extends to apk8b.

apk8b reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting identity documentation, proof of age, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction and retention of funds pending verification.

To access betting and gaming services on apk8b you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile phone number, which serves as your primary account identifier and login credential.
• A secure password of adequate complexity. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and must not share it with any third party.
• Confirmation that you are aged 21 or above and that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address. These details must match any identity documents provided during KYC verification.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your apk8b account. Notify apk8b customer support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. apk8b will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where the account holder failed to take reasonable security precautions.

apk8b supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile banking and card payment services. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your balance within seconds under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same mobile banking account used to make the corresponding deposit. This policy prevents money laundering and unauthorised fund transfers.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing. apk8b may request additional documentation prior to approving any withdrawal.
• Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in your own name. Using payment accounts belonging to other individuals is a breach of these Terms and results in account suspension.
• apk8b does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges in accordance with its own terms of service.

apk8b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank processing times, telecommunications outages, or other factors outside its direct control. In the event of a technical failure during a deposit, retain your mobile banking transaction receipt and contact apk8b customer support.

apk8b offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• The welcome bonus is available to new players who have not previously held an apk8b account. It applies to a player's first deposit only and is subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount. The total bonus value must be wagered thirty times on qualifying games before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used in the game categories specified in the relevant promotion. Using a bonus in a non-qualifying game category will not contribute to the wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture.
• apk8b reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion if it has been obtained through fraudulent means, including multiple account registrations, collusion, or abuse of the bonus system.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player account at any given time. If a new bonus is claimed while a previous bonus wagering requirement is outstanding, the earlier bonus will be forfeited.

Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated. Bonus funds remain separate from real-money funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on apk8b:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after confirmation except in cases of a verifiable technical error on the Platform's side.
• In the event of a technical failure affecting a live game or betting market, apk8b will resolve affected bets at its discretion, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake to the player's balance.
• Maximum bet limits per event, market, or game round are set by apk8b and displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Attempting to circumvent these limits via multiple accounts or coordinated wagering is prohibited.
• apk8b uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all casino and slot game outcomes. Sports betting odds and outcomes are derived from real event results. apk8b does not manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Cricket betting markets at apk8b cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team fixtures. Settlement of cricket bets follows official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB).

The following activities are strictly prohibited on apk8b and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's identity or contact details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to access, navigate, or interact with the Platform, including to place bets, simulate gameplay, or harvest data.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with events on which apk8b offers betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of fraud, theft, or money laundering, onto the apk8b Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technical systems, security protocols, or game logic in any way.

apk8b cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes. Account balances associated with suspected criminal activity may be frozen pending investigation.

apk8b reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including multiple account registration, providing false information, or engaging in prohibited conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a specified timeframe when requested by apk8b.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with criminal conduct, pending investigation.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including requests made under the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion programme.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, apk8b reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full. Where no breach is confirmed, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned via the payment method on record.

All content on the apk8b Platform — including website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and any other material — is the property of apk8b or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any apk8b content without express written permission.

The apk8b name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of apk8b. Unauthorised use of apk8b trademarks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apk8b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, even if apk8b has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

apk8b's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

apk8b collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data by contacting apk8b customer support. apk8b does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

apk8b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, apk8b will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting apk8b customer support.

These Terms, your use of the apk8b Platform, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming and digital services in the jurisdiction in which apk8b operates.
